Do I need a home gym?
No. We can build a session around open floor space, light equipment, or equipment we bring.
How much space do I need?
A clean, open area about the size of a yoga mat with room to move safely is usually enough.
How long is the session?
Your session will be 30 minutes.
Do you bring equipment?
Yes. We can bring portable equipment like bands, a mat, and other equipment based on your session.
What happens during the no-cost first session?
You’ll get a short consultation, movement review, custom workout, stretch/mobility work, and a simple next-step plan.
What if I’m out of shape?
That’s completely fine. Your session is built around your current fitness level and what feels appropriate for you.
Is the first session really no-cost?
Yes. Your first 30-minute session is no-cost, with no obligation to continue.
